We collect: (1) information you give us through the contact and reservation forms - your name, phone number, email address, the location and unit size you are interested in, and any message you send; (2) technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies - device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate region; (3) your approximate location, only if you actively use the “use my location” feature and your browser grants permission.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your form data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage your rental - this is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you. We use analytics and marketing data to understand and improve the site and to measure our advertising - based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and form hosting), Google (Maps and analytics), Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics) and Meta/Facebook (advertising measurement). Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as needed to handle your request and for the duration of any rental, plus the period required by accounting and tax law. Analytics data is retained for a limited period according to each provider’s settings, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
