These terms govern the use of the Boxrent website and summarise how payment and cancellation work. The binding rental conditions are set out in the rental agreement and its annex that you sign when renting a unit.

Rental terms

The terms of the rental itself are set out in the annex to the rental agreement you conclude with the Boxrent company in your country (listed under Contact below).

General website terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a new version on the website.

Content and copyright

All texts, design, logos, images and other information on this website are the property of the service provider or are used with the relevant rights. Copying, distributing or using the site content without prior written permission is prohibited.

User obligations

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. Any actions that may disrupt the operation of the site or compromise its security are prohibited.

Privacy and data processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering or submitting a request you consent to the processing of your data.

Payment

By reserving a storage unit you agree to the payment terms. You can pay by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice, or by card or bank payment through our payment module (the invoice is sent to your e-mail). If you have enabled automatic payments, the monthly fee is charged to your card once a month, by the 15th.

Cancellation

Cancellation rights are exercised in accordance with applicable law and the rental agreement concluded between you and Boxrent. To end the rental, e-mail us the date from which you wish to cancel. For open-ended agreements, give at least 14 calendar days' notice. For subscription agreements (6 or 12 months), give at least 14 calendar days' notice; the payment for the last month is not refunded if you move out before the end of the agreed period. For agreements paid for the full period in advance, the prepaid amount is not refunded. If an invoice has already been issued for a full month and you cancel earlier, we will correct the invoice pro-rata for the days actually used.

Liability

The service provider is not liable for possible technical problems in the operation of the website or for the actions of third parties. The website content is informative and may change without prior notice.

Governing law

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the rental are resolved in accordance with the laws of the country in which the operating Boxrent company is registered. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
